The covers and stainless block are riveted onto the tube, giving a compact, washdown-friendly body that shrugs off damp and mildly corrosive spots far better than painted-steel minis.
Because the barrel follows the JIS mini-cylinder standard, standard JIS brackets and I/Y rod knuckles bolt straight on when you need spares or a redesign. The fixed anti-impact pad at each end simply softens the direction change - it is not an adjustable cushion. At 0.7 MPa it reaches 563 N push. Note that a plain MG does not hold position when air is lost; the rod drifts, so add an external rod lock or a pilot check valve for held loads. This SKU has no magnet, so CMSG / DMSG / EMSG switches cannot be fitted - order the S code if sensing is planned. With a 450 mm stroke, keep side loads off the 12 mm rod and guide the load externally to avoid rod bending.
