With a 40 mm bore and a short 25 mm throw, this MG delivers double acting power in a compact round body: about 628.3 N push and 527.8 N pull at 0.5 MPa, rising to 879.6 N at 0.7 MPa. The barrel is SUS304 stainless steel riveted onto the covers, paired with a 16 mm hard-chrome plated rod, so the cylinder shrugs off damp shop air and light washdown far better than painted-steel minis. Ports are 1/8" and the male rod thread is M14x1.5.
Because the footprint follows the JIS mini-cylinder standard, standard brackets and I or Y rod knuckles bolt straight on, which keeps spares and redesigns simple. At 0.5 MPa the push force converts to roughly 64 kg of theoretical lift; halve that for a real margin and plan on lifting about 32 kg vertically, or budget around 377 N of actual work.
