With a 40 mm bore pushing 628.3 N at 0.5 MPa (879.6 N at 0.7 MPa), the MG40X300 is the strongest standard bore in AirTAC's MG family: a double acting, JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 300 mm stroke and a 16 mm hard-chrome-plated rod. The SUS304 stainless barrel is riveted to the covers rather than tied together with rods, so the body stays compact and shrugs off washdown and damp shop air that swells painted-steel minis.
At the stroke ends a fixed anti-impact bumper pad decelerates the piston, softening direction changes at the 300 mm travel - it is not an adjustable air cushion, which is the MGC variant. The bore 40 port is 1/8" and the male rod thread is M14x1.5. As a rule of thumb, plan on roughly 377 N of usable work at 0.5 MPa, which lifts about 32 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin.
