The AirTAC MGC32X300S is a JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder, double acting, with a 32 mm bore and a 300 mm stroke. Unlike the bumper-type MG, this build carries a variable air cushion at both stroke ends: turn the cushion needle to dial in smooth deceleration of the piston near end of travel, which lets you run higher piston speeds and heavier moving loads without hammering the covers. At 0.5 MPa it delivers 402.2 N push and 345.6 N pull (41.0 kgf and 35.2 kgf); at 0.7 MPa that rises to 563 N push, and the theoretical maximum is 82 kgf at 1.0 MPa.
Construction follows the JIS mini-cylinder pattern: a SUS304 stainless barrel with covers and stainless block riveted and rolled onto it, plus a hard-chrome plated (20 um) 12 mm carbon-steel rod with an M10x1.25 male thread. The two-way piston seal also stores lubricant.
