The AirTAC MGC32X350 is a double acting, JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder with a 32 mm bore and a 350 mm stroke, built with a variable air cushion at both stroke ends. Unlike a fixed bumper pad, the adjustable cushion needle lets you dial in the end-of-stroke deceleration, so this cylinder can run at higher piston speeds and move heavier loads without hammering the covers. At 0.5 MPa it delivers 402.2 N push and 345.6 N pull, rising to 563 N push at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 82 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Ports are 1/8", the male rod thread is M10x1.25, and the rod is 12 mm in diameter.
Construction follows the MG family recipe: a SUS304 stainless barrel with covers and stainless block riveted and rolled onto it, plus a hard-chrome plated (20 um) carbon-steel rod and a two-way piston seal that also stores lubricant.
