The AirTAC MGCD25X125 is a double acting, double rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 125 mm stroke. A rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread at each end, so both strokes see the rod-side area and deliver an equal force of about 206.1 N each way at 0.5 MPa (288.5 N at 0.7 MPa, 42 kgf theoretical at 1.0 MPa). A variable air cushion at both ends lets you tune the deceleration for smooth high-speed stops, and the through-rod resists rotation while giving you a rear rod end for a stop flag or a second load.
Construction follows the JIS mini-cylinder footprint with a SUS304 stainless barrel, hard-chrome plated rod, riveted covers and a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal.
