The AirTAC MGCD25X150 is a double acting, double rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 150 mm stroke. A rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread at each end, so both strokes see the rod-side area and the output force is equal in both directions: about 206.1 N at 0.5 MPa and 288.5 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 42 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A variable air cushion at both ends lets you tune the deceleration for smooth, high-speed stops, and the rear rod end can carry a stop flag, position sensor target, or a second light load. Applying the usual 0.6 working-load rule to the 206.1 N force gives a realistic duty of about 12 kgf, or roughly 10 kg for a safe vertical figure.
Construction follows the JIS mini-cylinder footprint with a riveted SUS304 stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated 10 mm carbon-steel rods for corrosion resistance and low wear.
