The AirTAC MGCD25X200S is a double acting, double rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 200 mm stroke. Because a 10 mm rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread, both sides of the piston see the rod-side area, so the output force is equal in both directions: about 206.1 N at 0.5 MPa and 288.5 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 42 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A variable air cushion at both ends lets you tune the deceleration for smooth stops at higher speeds or with heavier loads, and the rear rod end can carry a stop flag, a second load, or a position reference.
Construction follows the JIS mini-cylinder footprint with a riveted SUS304 stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated carbon steel rod, plus a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal for long service life. Choose the MGCD over the MGD when you need an adjustable cushion instead of a fixed bumper pad, and over the MGC when you need a through-rod with equal force both ways rather than a single rod.
