The AirTAC MGCD25X50 is a double acting, double-rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 25 mm bore and 50 mm stroke. Because a 10 mm rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread at each end, the rod-side area is active in both directions, so the output force is equal both ways: about 206.1 N at 0.5 MPa and 288.5 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 42 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A variable air cushion at both ends decelerates the piston smoothly at each end of stroke, letting this small cylinder run faster and carry heavier loads than an unbuffered mini cylinder. The rear rod end also gives you a mounting point for a stop, flag, or second light load.
Construction follows the JIS mini-cylinder footprint: a riveted SUS304 stainless barrel with hard-chrome plated carbon-steel rods, and a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal.
