The AirTAC MGCD32X25S is a double acting, double-rod JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 32 mm bore and 25 mm stroke. Because a 12 mm rod exits both covers with the same M10x1.25 male thread at each end, the piston works on the rod-side area in both directions, so the output force is equal both ways: about 345.6 N at 0.5 MPa and 483.8 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 70.5 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A variable air cushion at both ends lets you tune the deceleration for smooth, high-speed stops instead of hard metal-to-metal impact. The fitted magnet (S code) allows CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches to be mounted directly on the SUS304 stainless barrel.
Practically, the through-rod gives you a rear rod end for a position flag, stop or second load, and the twin rods resist rotation without external guidance.
