The AirTAC MGCD63X300S is a double acting, double-rod JIS mini cylinder with a 63 mm bore and 300 mm stroke. A hard-chrome rod exits both riveted covers with the same M18x1.5 male thread at each end, so the piston-side and rod-side areas are identical and the output force is equal in both directions: about 1400.9 N at 0.5 MPa and 1961.2 N at 0.7 MPa, with a theoretical maximum of 285.7 kgf at 1.0 MPa. A variable air cushion at both ends lets you dial in smooth deceleration for high-speed or heavier-load stops, and the rear rod end can carry a stop flag, position marker or a second load.
Built on a SUS304 stainless round barrel with a hard-chrome (20 um) carbon-steel rod and a two-way lubricant-storing piston seal, the MGCD63X300S runs on filtered air at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), proof tested to 1.5 MPa (215 psi), from -20 to +70 C at 30-800 mm/s. Choose the MGCD when you need equal force in both directions plus adjustable end-of-stroke deceleration; if a fixed bumper pad is enough and you only need bore 20-40, the MGD double-rod cylinder is the simpler choice, and the MGC covers single-rod cushioned duty. Mount with the LB foot or FA flange and add I or Y rod knuckles for off-axis loads (SDB and CB are not offered). The fitted magnet works with CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches.
