The AirTAC MK32X60 is a 32 mm bore, 60 mm stroke, double acting no-rotating multi-mount cylinder. The square body fixes from 6 directions - front, back, left, right, top and bottom - and multiple cylinders mount side by side on the same pitch to save space. At 0.5 MPa this bore delivers about 402.1 N theoretical push force, enough for heavier clamping and stopping jobs, and cushioning is by a bumper. Operating range is 0.15-1.0 MPa at 30-500 mm/s on filtered air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The MK family is the no-rotating version of the MD multi-mount series: a fixed rod and plate stop the piston rod from turning, so the load stays square to the body - a standard MD should be chosen instead where rotation does not matter. An optional high-temperature seal material extends the range to 0 to 150 C. How to choose
Size the bore for thrust: at 0.5 MPa the 32 mm bore gives about 402.1 N push and 345.6 N pull, the largest in the MD/MK range. Choose MK over MD when the rod must not rotate; choose MD when rotation is acceptable. Acting type here is double acting (single-push MSK, single-pull MTK, double-rod MKD and adjustable-stroke MKJ variants exist). This SKU carries 60 mm of stroke, the top of the bore 32 double-acting table, and no magnet; thread is PT (G is available). Remember the short covers of a multi-mount body: do not stretch an over-long stroke beyond the bore's table, and send side-load questions to us.
