How to choose
For thrust, the 10 mm bore delivers roughly 33 N of rod-side force at 0.5 MPa on both faces, because the double-rod construction puts the rod side on each end - suitable for light loads only. MKD is the choice when rod rotation must be prevented; the MD family is the standard alternative when rotation is acceptable. Air works the piston both ways (double acting) at 30-500 mm/s.

Lift-and-lower tray finger
Fixed through a machine plate from below, both rod ends rise together to lift a small tray or part a few millimetres at a station, with the no-rotating plate keeping the finger square to the tray.
Non-rotating ejector pin
Mounted from the back of a mould or fixture, the twin rods push finished small parts out of shallow cavities, and the fixed rod stops the pin from spinning as it extends.
Twist-free positioner
Installed side by side on an automation cell bracket, the rod tips carry small orientation-critical components between two positions, where any rod rotation would misalign the part.
