Delivering 153.6 N of net pull at 0.5 MPa, this JIS-standard round-body mini cylinder uses a SUS304 stainless barrel and riveted aluminium covers to save mounting length compared to ISO 6432 units. As a single-acting pull type, an internal spring holds the rod extended at rest, while supplying air to the 1/8 port retracts it. If air pressure drops, the spring forces the rod back out, providing a fail-safe-to-extended action.
The built-in -S magnet supports CMSG, DMSG, and EMSG position sensing, and the flat-end U back cover suits tight installations. With a 10 mm piston rod and M10x1.25 male thread, it yields a safe working load of roughly 92 N, or a vertical lift capacity of about 7.8 kg at a 2:1 margin. Fixed TPU bumper pads absorb end-of-stroke impacts across its 50-800 mm/s speed range.
