About the Airtac P-400M Repair Kit P-400M-R1
The P-400M-R1 is AirTAC's station seal kit for the 400M manifold base, the largest base in the range with its 1/2 inch common inlet and up to 8 valve stations. Each kit holds one station seal and its screw, and sits between the valve body and the base bar to close the only joint a bank cannot tighten away.
It is a joint renewal, not a valve repair: if air is escaping where the valve meets the base, this kit cures it. If the valve itself is leaking internally or externally at its own ports, the valve needs attention instead. One kit covers one station, so count your stations before ordering.

Is the Airtac P-400M Repair Kit P-400M-R1 the Right Part?
Confirm the base before ordering: the manifold size is normally stamped or cast on the side of the base bar. A 400M mark means this kit fits; the same seal kit does not carry across to 100M, 200M or 300M bases. The 400M base takes the 4A400 air-pilot and the 4V400 / 5V400 solenoid valves, and the seal is the same whichever of those is mounted.
