Installation guidelines:
Mount with flow arrow aligned to exhaust direction. For vertical cylinder control,
install at cylinder port using M5x0.8 mounting studs. Lubricate threads with
silicone grease (ASG-46) during installation. Perform initial calibration at
0.3 MPa with 3 full open-close cycles.
Critical note:
Avoid using with pulsating air sources above 1.2Hz. Maximum permissible
particle size in air: 50μm. Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants.
