Flow adjustment procedure:
  1. Loosen locking ring by rotating counterclockwise
  2. Turn adjustment knob: CW to decrease flow, CCW to increase
  3. Test cycle rate with 3-5 full actuator strokes
  4. Retighten locking ring while holding knob position
