The AirTAC SAID40X900-S is a double-acting, double-rod ISO 15552 profile cylinder featuring a 40mm bore and a 900mm made-to-order stroke. Because a rod exits both ends, the annulus area is identical on both sides, yielding exactly 528 N of force in both extend and retract directions at 0.5 MPa. It includes a magnet for position sensing.
This variant uses a SUS420J2 stainless steel rod (material code A) for superior corrosion resistance. The extruded aluminum barrel includes sensor grooves on both sides for flexible CMSE reed or DMSE electronic switch mounting.
