The AirTAC SAID80X70 is a double-acting, double-rod ISO 15552 profile cylinder featuring a 80mm bore and 70mm stroke. Because a 25mm carbon steel rod exits both end covers, the annulus area is identical on extend and retract, yielding equal force and speed in both directions at 2268N at 0.5 MPa (3175N at 0.7 MPa).
This through-rod design allows mounting a primary workpiece on the front rod and a position flag or cam on the rear rod for external sensing.
