AirTAC has phased out the MAL series. The drop-in replacement is SAUD32X100 — same bore, stroke, output force, port and mounting, so it fits the same application. Simply order the SAUD32X100 in place of this model. The SAU replacement uses the same profile body, bore, stroke, force and SC-series mounting. It moves to the current CMSG / DMSG / EMSG sensor switches (the SU used CS1-B / DS1-B) and adds the SAUF valve-integrated option.

The AirTAC SUD32X100 is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder featuring a 32mm bore and 100mm stroke. Because a rod exits both ends, the push and pull forces are equal both ways at 345N @0.5 MPa, 483N @0.7 MPa, and 621N @0.9 MPa. The extruded aluminium profile barrel is more compact than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. This SUD32X100 model is discontinued and the exact drop-in replacement is the SAUD32X100, which retains the 1/8" port, M10x1.25 rod thread, and basic/FA/LB mounting.
The dual-rod design provides anti-rotation stability and allows driving two tools simultaneously, while the rear rod acts as a sensor cam. Since this SKU lacks a magnet, it cannot take a magnetic switch. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 207N (60% of the 345N @0.5 MPa figure), yielding a vertical lift capacity of about 18kg with a 2:1 margin.
