AirTAC has phased out the MAL series. The drop-in replacement is SAUD32X150 — same bore, stroke, output force, port and mounting, so it fits the same application. Simply order the SAUD32X150 in place of this model. The SAU replacement uses the same profile body, bore, stroke, force and SC-series mounting. It moves to the current CMSG / DMSG / EMSG sensor switches (the SU used CS1-B / DS1-B) and adds the SAUF valve-integrated option.

The AirTAC SUD32X150 is a discontinued double-acting double-rod profile cylinder. A rod exits both ends on one piston, meaning both faces use the rod-side area and push/pull force is equal both ways at 345 N @0.5 MPa, 483 N @0.7 MPa and 621 N @0.9 MPa. It features a 32 mm bore, 150 mm stroke, 1/8" port, M10x1.25 rod thread and 21 mm cushions. This SKU has no magnet and cannot take a switch. The exact drop-in replacement is the SAUD32X150, retaining the same body, force, port and FA/LB mounting.
Because the second rod drives a cam or second tool while resisting rotation, this compact profile barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder. Computed buyer insight: safe working load is ~207 N (60% of the 345 N @0.5 MPa figure), yielding a vertical lift capacity of ~18 kg with a 2:1 margin. If sizing both ways, check the neighbouring 40 mm bore, but verify your equal-both-ways force needs. Choose a double rod when you need anti-rotation or must drive two tools. The SAUD uses current CMSG/DMSG/EMSG sensors; this non-magnetic SUD SKU cannot take a switch. For stroke >=300 mm, verify side-load line limits. Air cushions only decelerate; use an external rod lock for held loads.
