The AirTAC SUD32X75 is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder featuring a 32mm bore and 75mm stroke. A rod exits both ends on a single piston, meaning push and pull force are equal at 345N @0.5 MPa, 483N @0.7 MPa, and 621N @0.9 MPa. The extruded aluminium profile barrel is notably shorter than standard cylinders of the same bore. This SUD model is discontinued; the exact drop-in replacement is the SAUD32X75, matching the 1/8" port, M10x1.25 rod thread, and FA/LB mounting.
Because the rear rod can drive a second tool or carry a sensor cam, double-rod designs excel at anti-rotation and dual-workstation tasks. Based on the 345N @0.5 MPa rating, the safe working load is roughly 207N, allowing a vertical lift of about 18kg with a 2:1 margin. This non-magnetic SKU cannot accept a sensor.
