The AirTAC SUD63X80 is a double-acting, double-rod profile cylinder featuring a 63mm bore and 80mm stroke. Because a rod exits both ends on one piston, push and pull force are equal at 1402 N @0.5 MPa, 1962 N @0.7 MPa, and 2523 N @0.9 MPa. This SUD model is discontinued; the exact drop-in replacement is the SAUD63X80, retaining the same 3/8" port, M16x1.5 rod thread, and FA/LB mounting. The extruded aluminium profile barrel is shorter than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore.
This non-magnetic SKU cannot take a sensor switch. The rear rod provides an anti-rotation benefit and can drive a second tool simultaneously. For sizing, the safe working load is roughly 841 N (60% of the 0.5 MPa force), yielding a vertical lift capacity of about 71 kg with a 2:1 margin. Note that a plain cylinder does not hold loads on air loss; the 21mm adjustable air cushions only decelerate near stroke end, so use an external rod lock for held loads.
