The bore is 80 mm with a 25 mm piston rod, a 3/8" port, M20x1.5 rod thread, and 28 mm adjustable air cushions. It is replaced by the drop-in SAUD80X75STC, keeping the same bore, stroke, force, port, and TC mounting interface.
The double-rod design prevents piston rotation and allows the back rod to carry a sensor cam or drive a second tool simultaneously. With a 0.5 MPa operating pressure, the safe working load is roughly 1361 N, translating to a vertical lift capacity of about 116 kg with a 2:1 margin.
