The TACE20X30 is a double acting, non-rotating compact cylinder built to ISO 21287: a 20 mm bore with a 30 mm stroke on a hard-anodized aluminium body that saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 157.1 N and pulls 117.8 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 219.9 N push and 164.9 N pull, with a theoretical 32 kgf at 1.0 MPa.
Plan on about 94 N of real work at 0.5 MPa, or roughly 8 kg of vertical lift with a 2:1 margin - enough for small clamping plates and pick-and-place heads. A fixed TPU bumper absorbs end-of-stroke energy at both ends, the rod is S45C steel with hard-chrome plating, and the female M6x1.0 rod thread takes standard tooling.
