A short-body ISO 21287 actuator with a 25 mm bore and 20 mm stroke, the TACE25X20 is double acting and non-rotating: twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external guide. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 245.4 N and pulls 206.2 N; at 0.7 MPa those figures rise to 343.6 N push and 288.6 N pull, with a theoretical peak of 50.1 kgf at 1.0 MPa. The hard-anodized aluminium body has a roller-burnished, wear-resistant bore, and the 10 mm S45C piston rod is hard-chrome plated.
