A double acting, double-rod ISO 21287 compact cylinder, the TACED100X40 pushes a rod out of both covers, so the 100 mm bore delivers the same 3769.9 N at 0.5 MPa in either direction (5277.9 N at 0.7 MPa, up to 768.8 kgf at 1.0 MPa). Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, keeping a press plate or gripper square without an external guide. The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome plated 20 mm rod runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), 30-500 mm/s.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so this 100 mm bore fits deep press dies and heavy clamping fixtures where a full-length cylinder will not reach.
