This is a double acting, double rod compact cylinder built to ISO 21287: a 20 mm rod exits BOTH covers of the hard-anodized aluminium body, so the 100 mm bore delivers 3769.9 N at 0.5 MPa in EACH direction - the same rod-side area works both ways. Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, keeping a press plate or clamp square without an external guide. The 5 mm stroke suits short-throw clamping and ejection steps.
At 0.7 MPa the output rises to 5277.9 N either way, with a peak of 768.8 kgf at 1.0 MPa. Because only about 60% of the rated force should be spent on real work, plan on roughly 2262 N - enough to lift about 192 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, so it slots into tight press fixtures where a full-length body will not. At 3769.9 N per direction at 0.5 MPa, the 100 mm bore is the top of the TACED range - step down to TACED80X5 (2356.2 N) for lighter press-fit work or up from TACED63X5 (1458.1 N) when a heavier clamp is needed. Note it does not hold position if air is lost; add a rod lock or pilot check valve for a held load. Rod end is a female M12x1.25 thread with a 1/4" PT port; FB flange mounting is available.
