A double acting, double-rod actuator built to ISO 21287 compact dimensions, the TACED100X5S pushes a 100 mm bore through a 5 mm stroke and delivers 3769.9 N in BOTH directions at 0.5 MPa (5277.9 N at 0.7 MPa), because a rod exits each cover and both sides work on the rod-side area. Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a heavy press plate or clamp shoe stays square with no external guide. The hard-anodized aluminium body with S45C hard-chrome rod runs on air filtered to 40 um at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), 30-500 mm/s.
The short ISO 21287 body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which matters when a 100 mm bore must fit inside a guarded weld fixture or a dense palletizer frame.
