A double acting, double-rod compact cylinder built to the ISO 21287 short-body format, the TACED100X80 pushes a 100 mm bore through an 80 mm stroke with a rod leaving both covers. Because both sides see the rod-side area, output is 3769.9 N at 0.5 MPa and 5277.9 N at 0.7 MPa in each direction - no push-versus-pull mismatch to design around. Twin guide rods on the yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a press plate or gripper stays square without an external guide.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome plated 20 mm rod shrugs off wear in high-cycle work, and a fixed TPU bumper at each end absorbs end-of-stroke shock. The short body saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is how a 100 mm bore fits inside tight guards and gantry frames.
