A double acting, double rod compact cylinder built to ISO 21287, the TACED40X25 pushes a 40 mm bore through a 25 mm stroke with a rod leaving both covers. Because each side sees the rod-side area, output is a matched 571.8 N at 0.5 MPa and 800.5 N at 0.7 MPa in either direction. Twin guide rods on a yoke stop the tooling rotating and carry side load, so a gripper or press plate stays square without an external guide.
The hard-anodized aluminium body with an S45C hard-chrome plated rod saves about 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it drops into tight jigs, guarding and gantries.
