Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.05mm/m alignment tolerance during mounting. Use only through-hole mounting bolts (M5×0.8).
For vertical installations exceeding 45° angle, add external guide supports. Lubricate guide rails every
500km of cumulative travel using ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical note:
Do NOT apply lateral force exceeding 20% of maximum guide capacity without reinforcement.
Always install air filters (5μm or finer) upstream to prevent guide rail contamination.
