Installation protocol:
Align guide rail within 0.1mm/m parallel tolerance. Use torque-controlled fastening (12-15Nm for M6 mounting bolts).
Perform 5-10 low-pressure test cycles before full operation. Lubricate guide bushings every 50km of cumulative travel.
Critical note:
Avoid side load exceeding 150N. For vertical installations, always use mechanical lock mechanism at extended position.
Maximum piston speed: 500mm/s. Not suitable for vacuum applications without modification.
