Installation guidelines:
Mount using all 4 M4 threaded holes (depth 6mm) on guide block.
Maintain 0.05mm/m alignment tolerance between cylinder axis and load movement path.
Lubricate guide rails with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use.
Critical note:
Do NOT exceed 0.3m/s piston speed without external shock absorbers.
Avoid side impact loads >10N during operation.
Requires 5μm filtered air with automatic drain function for optimal lifespan.
