Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.02mm parallelism between guide shafts and cylinder axis during mounting.
Use only with clean, dry air (40μm filtration) and maintain 0.5-1.0mm gap between
magnetic sensor and cylinder body. Lubricate guide shafts weekly in high-cycle applications.
