Installation guidelines:
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between cylinder and guide rail during mounting.
Requires 5μm filtered air with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3.4.3 quality.
For vertical installations, use M5 locking nuts on all mounting bolts.
Critical note:
The blocking mechanism requires manual release via the emergency override port
(R1/8 at cylinder bottom) during power loss situations. Never disassemble
cushion screws while pressurized.
