The AirTAC GC20006MC2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, G1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC20006MC2G is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. It filters water and particulate from compressed air, holds a set downstream pressure, and carries oil mist to downstream pneumatic components. This configuration is the GC200 size with a G1/8 (1/8 in) port, G thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator fitted with a round psi gauge, and a mounting bracket included. The filter and lubricator bowls are PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in upward, a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter option, gauge scale choices, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feed clean, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-clamp and pallet-change cylinders on a CNC machining centre, protecting spindles and actuators from water and debris in the shop air line.
Supply treated air to the pneumatic cylinders that fold flaps and drive taping heads on a carton-sealing conveyor, keeping stroke action consistent through a full shift.
Prepare air for the gripper and filler-valve actuators on a bottling line, with the lubricator carrying oil mist to keep cylinder seals and valves running smoothly.
Start with the size and port: the GC200 with its 1/8 in port is the entry step of the GC range, and larger sizes (300/400/600) carry larger ports and more flow, so match the step to your line's air demand. Choose the drain type for the filter bowl: manual drain (as on this unit) means an operator drains the bowl, while automatic or differential-pressure drain suits unattended installations. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. The gauge on this unit is a round gauge with a psi scale; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are available. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and G/NPT as order options. A mounting bracket is included.
Before ordering, note that flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures for this G1/8 unit on request.
The M in the code GC20006MC2G specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl, meaning the bowl is drained by hand. If the installation runs unattended, the GC family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drain - just ask and we will confirm the right variant.
