The AirTAC GC20006MLF2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC20006MLF2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This 200-size unit is built for 1/8 in PT ports and carries the standard 40 um filter element with a manual drain on the filter bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and a square pressure gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the setpoint can be read directly at the unit. The lubricator adds a fine oil mist to the downstream air for tools and actuators that need lubrication. The bowls on the 200 size are polycarbonate (PC), and the set includes a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of drain types, a 5 um filter element option (code W), gauge scale choices, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to hand-held pneumatic screwdrivers and small air cylinders at individual workstations on an assembly bench.
Supplies clean, pressure-controlled and lubricated air to small grippers and test actuators on bench-top lab automation and sample-handling equipment.
Conditions the air supply for compact carton-sealing and labelling machines where short-stroke cylinders and air jets run on 1/8 in connections.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is the 200 size with a 1/8 in PT port, and larger sizes (300/400/600) step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the downstream circuit. Choose the drain type where it applies: manual drain (as fitted here) requires someone to drain the bowl, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify the W code for the 5 um element if finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, and a mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number here. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
The M in the model code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate collects in the bowl until someone opens the drain. If you prefer unattended condensate removal, the GC family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - just ask for the matching code.
