The AirTAC GC20006MLF2WG AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC20006MLF2WG is an AirTAC GC200 three-unit F.R.L. combination that conditions compressed air in three stages: a filter removes water and particulate down to 5 um, a low-pressure type regulator holds your set downstream pressure, and a lubricator adds oil mist for downstream air tools and cylinders. This configuration is built with a G1/8 (1/8 in) port, G (BSPP) thread, manual drain on the filter bowl, a 5 um filter element, a fitted square gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket included. The filter bowl on this 200 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scales and low-pressure or standard regulators. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Mounted at the drop into a cartoning or wrapping machine, this unit filters moisture and fine particles from the plant air supply, holds a steady low set pressure for the machine's air circuit, and mists oil to keep its cylinders and actuators running smoothly.
Installed at a bench or cell drop feeding impact drivers, ratchets and air screwdrivers, the 5 um filter keeps grit out of the tools, the regulator holds the working pressure the operator sets, and the lubricator delivers oil mist that extends tool life.
Fitted upstream of a compact assembly or pick-and-place cell with G1/8 air drops, this combination protects the cell's valves from water and particles, keeps circuit pressure stable for repeatable actuator strokes, and lubricates the cylinders in continuous duty.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 200 size with a G1/8 port, the smallest in the GC range - step up to 300/400/600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that feeds sensitive valves and instruments; choose the standard 40 um element for general plant air. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain during checks - pick automatic or differential-pressure drain if you cannot guarantee that routine. The fitted square gauge reads in psi (MPa and bar scales are also available). Thread here is G (BSPP); PT is the standard offering, with NPT also available to order. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: collected condensate is released by hand during routine checks. AirTAC also offers automatic drain (code A) and differential-pressure drain (the default, no code) on GC units - choose those if the installation is not visited regularly. This unit keeps the manual drain and pairs it with a 5 um element, psi square gauge and low-pressure type regulator.
