The AirTAC GC20008C2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC20008C2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. This configuration is size GC200 with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port, PT thread, a 40 um filter element, differential-pressure drain, standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, an external round gauge with psi scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The filter removes water and particulate from the compressed air, the regulator holds a stable downstream pressure, and the lubricator adds oil mist for downstream air tools and cylinders. The polycarbonate bowls suit this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-08 filter, GR200-08 regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air-powered features on a machining centre, keeping moisture and scale out of the valves.
Prepares the air feeding conveyor diverters, bagger cylinders and carton-closing rams, with the lubricator oil-misting the cylinders that cycle thousands of times per shift.
A point-of-use F.R.L. set for bench air drops on an assembly floor, so each station gets clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure with oil mist for the operators' air tools.
Start with the port and size step: GC200 with a 1/4 in port suits lighter duty lines; step up to GC300, GC400 or GC600 when the circuit needs more flow capacity. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this model) drains as pressure drops, automatic suits unattended installations, and manual suits periodic checks. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order. A reverse/check valve (code K, fitted here) holds downstream pressure on supply failure.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we cannot quote one number honestly. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-08 regulator with a GF200-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C2 in the code means an external round gauge with a psi scale is fitted (the embedded square gauge is the standard option, and MPa or bar scales are also available). The trailing K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost.
