The AirTAC GC20008F2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC20008F2GK is an AirTAC GC200 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is built with G1/4 (1/4 in) ports, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted on the regulator. The polycarbonate bowls let you see condensate and oil level at a glance, and the differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated water automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-08 filter, GR200-08 regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic actuators and tool-clamp circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the main supply dips.
Conditioning the air supply to carton-forming and case-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where clean, lubricated air keeps seals moving smoothly through long shifts.
Serving as the point-of-use F.R.L. at an assembly bench air drop, removing water and particles, holding a set working pressure and delivering oil mist to hand-held pneumatic tools.
Start with the port size: this unit steps up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so match the size to the air consumption of the machine or line it feeds. Choose the drain type on the filter: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains automatically under load, an automatic drain (code A) works continuously, and a manual drain (code M) needs periodic attention. The 40 um element is standard; specify the 5 um element (code W) where finer particle removal matters. The gauge can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scale, and the thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT when ordering.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-08 regulator with a GF200-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted on the regulator section. If the upstream supply pressure drops, the check valve helps hold the downstream pressure instead of letting it back-flow, which protects actuators and circuits downstream of the unit.
