The AirTAC GC20008MLC2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC20008MLC2G is an AirTAC GC200 three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is built for G1/4 (1/4 in) ports with G thread, and the filter section carries a 40 um element with a manual drain you operate by hand to empty collected water. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the set is supplied with a round gauge reading in psi plus a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT thread to order. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-08 filter, GR200-08 regulator and GL200-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming or wrapping machine: the filter removes water and particulate from the shop-air drop, the low-pressure regulator holds a stable supply pressure, and the lubricator carries oil mist to the actuators.
Supplying the stop, push and divert cylinders along a conveyor system, where a single G1/4 F.R.L. set at the line drop conditions the air once for the whole run and the manual drain is emptied during scheduled changeovers.
Installed ahead of a circuit that runs at reduced pressure - such as clamping, holding or actuating devices that must not see full line pressure - where the low-pressure regulator type, psi round gauge and 40 um filtration give a controlled, conditioned supply.
Start with the size and port: the 200 size with G1/4 ports suits smaller lines, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity - match the step to the air demand of your circuit. This unit has a manual drain, which means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically; if you prefer unattended water removal, differential-pressure or automatic drain versions exist in the series. The 40 um element is the standard grade; a 5 um element (code W) is available when finer particulate removal is needed.
Other decodable choices: the round gauge here reads psi (MPa and bar scales are options, and an embedded square gauge is the standard alternative), the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits that run below standard pressure ranges, and G thread is the ordered option where PT is the series standard and NPT is also available. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-08 regulator with a GF200-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your application and required air demand and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code sets the filter bowl drain to manual type: collected water is released by opening the drain by hand at intervals you set based on humidity and usage. If you want water removal without operator attention, the GC series is also available with differential-pressure (default) or automatic drains - ask us for those model codes.
