The AirTAC GC200C08LC2WG AirTAC F.R.L. Combo, G1/4, 5 um, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator working as one set. This GC200C08LC2WG is the 200 size with G1/4 (BSPP) ports, a 5 um filter element, differential-pressure drain, low-pressure regulator type, a round gauge scaled in psi, and a mounting bracket included; no reverse/check valve is fitted. The metal bowl collects water and the lubricator feeds a controlled oil mist to downstream equipment.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with 1/8 in. to 1 in. ports, filter grades of 40 um standard or 5 um (W), differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, MPa/psi/bar gauge scales, and G or NPT thread options to order. All units take up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and run from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) on compressed air. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtered, regulated and lubricated air for the gripper and pusher cylinders that move bottles along a packaging conveyor, with 5 um filtration helping protect the directional valve seats.
A point-of-use supply for the clamps and blow-off jets on a machining cell, with the low-pressure regulator adjusted to suit the clamp circuit and the local psi gauge for operator checks.
An F.R.L. set for looms and spinning frames, where the lubricator keeps cylinder and air-motor seals running and the 5 um element handles water and particulate in the mill air line.
Size and port step up with required flow: 200 with 1/4 in. ports is the compact end of the 200/300/400/600 range, so move up a size if your demand is higher. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 5 um here; 40 um is the standard element if finer filtration is not needed. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; brackets are optional across the family and included here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
This unit uses the differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate from the metal bowl using the pressure drop across the filter element. The GC family also offers automatic (A) and manual (M) drain versions if you prefer a different arrangement.
