The AirTAC GC300-15G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC300-15G is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. This configuration is built around a G1/2 port on the GC300 size, with a 40 um filter element and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the filter bowl without manual attention. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the set includes a round pressure gauge reading in psi alongside the standard embedded square gauge. The filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge styles and scales, and G or NPT thread variants to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and chip-clearing jets on a machining centre, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit during long unattended runs.
Conditions the air feeding spray guns and transfer cylinders on a paint line: the 40 um element removes water and particulate ahead of coating work, the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle setting, and the lubricator mists oil to downstream actuators.
Prepares the air supply for conveyor stop-gates, filler heads and case-packing cylinders on a bottling line, where the automatic drain handles moisture carry-over and the psi gauge gives operators a familiar local pressure readout.
Start with the size and port: GC300 with a 1/2 in port sits mid-range in the GC family (200/300/400/600), so step up or down according to the air demand of the line it feeds. Choose the drain type for the filter bowl - automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, or manual and differential-pressure types where preferred. Filter grade is 40 um standard; a 5 um element (code W) is available for finer pre-filtration. Gauge style and scale are selectable (round or square; MPa, psi or bar) - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is selectable between PT (standard), G and NPT; this unit is the G variant. A low-pressure regulator type (code L) is offered where the working range is below the standard type.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the GC300 size against your application before you order.
In the GC code, A in the drain position selects the automatic drain, which expels condensate from the filter bowl without manual attention, and C2 selects the round gauge reading in psi. Square gauges and MPa or bar scales are available as alternative configurations, and the embedded square gauge remains standard.
