The AirTAC GC30010AF2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC30010AF2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 3-piece set. This size-300 unit is ported PT3/8 (3/8 in, PT thread standard) and is configured with an automatic drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge with psi scale, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds your set downstream pressure, and the lubricator meters oil mist into the air line for downstream pneumatic components.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-changer, clamps and actuator circuits of a CNC machining centre, protecting spindles and cylinders from water and grit while keeping seals lubricated.
Conditions the air feeding baggers, case erectors and diverters on a packaging conveyor line, where the automatic drain handles condensate on lines that run unattended across shifts.
Serves point-of-use air drops in an automotive paint shop, where the 40 um element and regulator give a stable, cleaned supply to spray guns and transfer actuators and the lubricator keeps air tools running.
Start with the port size: this unit is 3/8 in PT, so size up or down through the 200/300/400/600 range against the air demand of the machine it feeds - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic drain (as fitted here) suits unattended installations, manual drain suits stations visited daily, and differential-pressure is the default. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the 5 um W element where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) - this unit carries the square psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for this 3/8 in unit on request.
The GC combines three separate pieces - filter, regulator and lubricator - so this unit adds oil-mist lubrication for downstream cylinders, valves and air tools, whereas a GFC filter-regulator plus lubricator set or a standalone GFR would not give the same three-stage conditioning in one assembled combination. This unit is also fitted with an automatic drain and a square psi gauge.
