The AirTAC GC30015MF2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC30015MF2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one complete air-treatment set. This 300-size unit is configured for PT1/2 ports, with a manual-drain filter bowl, 40 um standard filtration, a fitted square pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and an included mounting bracket. It filters water and particulate from compressed air, holds a set downstream pressure, and adds oil mist to the air line for tool and actuator lubrication.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes covering 1/8 in to 1 in ports, with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and check valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds impact wrenches, nut runners and pneumatic ratchets at assembly stations: clean, regulated and lubricated air at each PT1/2 drop keeps tools running smoothly through a full shift.
Supplies the air circuit of case packers, palletisers and stretch wrappers, where filtered and regulated air protects cylinders and valves and oil mist lubricates the actuators that cycle continuously.
A complete F.R.L. set for the shop-air supply serving air ratchets, tyre chucks and lift controls, with the manual-drain bowl emptied as part of daily workshop routine.
Start with the size and port: the 300 size with PT1/2 ports sits mid-range in the GC family, and the right step depends on the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. This unit carries a manual drain, so someone must drain the filter bowl periodically; if you prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, other GC configurations are available. Filtration here is the 40 um standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, with MPa or bar scales offered as alternatives, and PT is the standard thread with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. A reverse/check valve is fitted and a mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or l/min figure. Send us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves for this 300-size unit against your application on request.
The M in the code GC30015MF2K specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: collected water and condensate must be drained by hand at intervals. If you would rather not rely on someone draining the bowl, GC configurations with automatic or differential-pressure drains are available - just ask, and note that the regulation range differs by drain type (0.05-0.9 MPa for manual drain).
