The AirTAC GC300C08AC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C08AC2K is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled into one air-preparation set. This size 300 unit has PT1/4 (1/4 in) ports, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, a 40 um filtration element and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The round gauge reads in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). On this size the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C0 filter, GR300-C0 regulator and GL300-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a finishing booth need water and particle removal, a steady set pressure and oil mist in the air - exactly the three jobs this filter, regulator and lubricator set performs at the booth drop.
Pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air-blast nozzles on a machining centre all run off one supply point; a size 300 set with PT1/4 ports is a common way to deliver cleaned, regulated, lubricated air to that point.
Case sealers, baggers and labelling heads cycle cylinders thousands of times per shift and need dry, regulated, lubricated air; the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the supply during unattended runs.
Size 300 with PT1/4 ports is the mid step of the GC range; step down to 200 or up to 400/600 if your air demand points elsewhere. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The automatic drain (code A) handles condensate without daily attention; manual (M) and differential-pressure drain versions can be ordered instead. The 40 um element is standard - choose the W option for 5 um filtration. The round gauge here reads in psi; MPa or bar scales are available, and an embedded square gauge is the standard alternative. G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C0 regulator with a GF300-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A code fits an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the filter bowl without anyone opening it, which suits lines that run unattended. Manual (M) and differential-pressure drain versions of the same set can be ordered if you prefer a different arrangement.
