The AirTAC GC300C10C2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C10C2 is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one filtered, regulated and lubricated air supply. This size 300 unit carries a PT3/8 (3/8 inch) port with standard PT thread, a 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and this configuration is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). On size 300 the filter and lubricator bowls are PC (polycarbonate); only size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filter grades, and gauge scale options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplying filtered, regulated and lubricated air to spray booths and coating guns, where clean, pressure-stable air with oil misting keeps atomising equipment working consistently through a shift.
Feeding pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and coolant-mist systems on machining centres, giving one point where water, particulate and pressure are controlled before the machine's air circuits.
Conditioning the air feeding sealing jaws, vacuum generators and pick-and-place cylinders on packaging lines, where a single F.R.L. set protects every downstream actuator on the machine.
Size 300 with a PT3/8 port is the mid-range step in the GC line: step up to 400 or 600 for larger ports and higher flow capacity, or down to 200 for compact lines. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. Drain choice is differential-pressure (as supplied here), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). The round psi gauge fitted here is an option over the embedded square gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales available. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included with this unit.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and required air demand and we will confirm the sizing and flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The C2 code in GC300C10C2 specifies an external round gauge scaled in psi. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and the external round gauge is an option; gauges are available with MPa, psi or bar scales, so you can match the scale to the instruments used on your line.
