The AirTAC GC300C10MLC2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G3/8 psi Gauge is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled into one supply unit. This GC300C10MLC2GK is the size 300 set with G3/8 (BSPP) ports. The filter bowl has a manual drain and a 40 um element, the regulator is the low-pressure type with a round psi gauge fitted, and the code also specifies a reverse (check) valve and an included mounting bracket. At size 300 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC); only size 600 uses aluminium alloy.
It is a genuine AirTAC part handling compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GC line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with options including a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drains, G or NPT threads, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning air on a weld-cell manifold that runs gripper and clamp actuators: the filter removes water and particulate, the low-pressure regulator suits gentle settings, and the lubricator feeds oil mist to the cylinders.
Supplying sealing-jaw cylinders on a carton or bag line where a lower regulated pressure is wanted, with oil mist carried downstream and a round psi gauge for operator checks at the machine.
Feeding pneumatic nailer drops in a panel or furniture plant: 40 um filtration ahead of the regulator, manual bowl draining during shift checks, and lubrication for the tools on the line.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, ports 1/8 to 1 inch) against the flow your line needs; the drain type on the filter bowl (manual as here, automatic, or differential-pressure); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge and its scale (this unit carries a round psi gauge; embedded square gauges are standard and MPa, psi or bar scales are available); the thread (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options); and the bracket. Note that this is the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our source material, so confirm it with us. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to check the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is coded M for a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand as part of a maintenance check. Automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drains are available in the same family if you would rather not rely on someone opening the drain.
