The AirTAC GC300C15ALC2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator, piped together so one assembly cleans, regulates and lubricates compressed air. This GC300C15ALC2WK is the 300 size with a PT1/2 port. It is built with an automatic drain on the filter bowl, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), a low-pressure type regulator, a round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The filter bowl is metal. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your exact model on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding spray guns and air tools at a paint booth, where the 5 um element and automatic drain keep water and particulate out of the air reaching the finish, and the lubricator mists oil to the tools.
Supplying actuation and clamping circuits on machining centres that run at reduced set pressures - the low-pressure type regulator and round psi gauge suit circuits set well below full line pressure.
Conditioning air for the cylinders and air jets on packaging and conveyor machinery, where the reverse/check valve holds the downstream circuit and the lubricator serves the pneumatic actuators.
Start from size and port: the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity, so match this 300 size with its PT1/2 port to the air demand of the circuit - and ask us to check the flow curve against your application before ordering. This code already fixes the options: automatic drain (no manual draining of the bowl), 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard, a low-pressure type regulator, a round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve and an included bracket. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options to order. If you need only filtration or only filtration plus regulation, the single GF or combined GFR families avoid carrying a lubricator you will not use.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data for this model from the datasheet before you order.
The W code in the model specifies the 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer particulate removal ahead of sensitive valves and tools; 40 um and 5 um are both catalogue options across the GF/GFR/GFC/GC families. The A code specifies an automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention.
